1. The pre-etching solution is the main process to ensure that the screen packaging printing and the surface of the metal material are closely connected, so it is necessary to completely remove the oil stains and air oxide film on the etched surface of the metal material.

2. According to the oil stain of the product, it is recommended to carry out oil removal. Electric oil removal is carried out before screen packaging printing to ensure the actual effect of oil removal.

3. In order to better remove the air oxide film, it is necessary to select an excellent etching solution to clean the surface according to the type of metal material and the thickness of the film.

4. Be sure to dry before screen packaging printing. If there is water, it will also affect the adhesion of the printing ink, and the effect of the subsequent pattern etching will collapse, which will also directly affect the actual effect of the decoration.

5. Screen packaging and printing must make a screen version of the standard pattern according to the packaging and printing. In the design of pattern decoration, screen packaging and printing are key to guaranteeing effect, because thick screen stencils have better mask characteristics and the freshness of etched patterns is high, so the frequency of applying photolithography technology is large.

6. The film of the screen plate produces a photochemical reaction under the effect of light, the part that is directly irradiated by the light is erected on the film that is not dissolved in water, and the part that is directly irradiated by the light is dissolved in water, exposing the screen interior space, and coating The silk screen pattern that is consistent with the black and white full-sheet pattern is packaged and printed on the silk screen plate of the plastic film.
